Customers Lower Price Hardly, What’s To Be Done

we face the same problem everyday  :Customers need low price.

For example, we quoted our costing price minutes ago,but customer reply :too high.  Then what should we do ??

 

Firstly, we need to analyze the reason. Why then bargain over and over.

1.customer want to know our costing price
2.they want to improve their profit or price advantage

3.the budget is limited, they cannot afford it


For the first situation, especially no import these products. They don’t know the market ,so want to know our costing price.
Like India customers, they cut off 20% based on our price . We need to insist our price .If you low too much,they will think our price is not true.

For the second situation, customers have been working on this industry for years and experienced on it, they want to lower price and improve their profits.


Most of time ,if we want to keep product quality and don’t want to low price,we will miss them. Because customer’s target price have
already told you.

 

What we need to do :

1,increase the quantity. If customer lower 2$, we require add quantity of 10%. If the quantity cannot be touched, then consider to change the payment terms, In a word, we need put forward our conditions.

2,the other method is ask customer purchase other product at the same time.Of course we agree with customers target price.  

For the third situation, customers need poor quality products. Then give up them. Because of mismatching.

Actually, the good customers not only take care the price,but also our professional knowledge to conquer them.
