1,Distinguish customer type ,email with different way.

a, transacted clients(Ali, Web,RFQ,Google)

Three days a time, introduce new product, Greetings ,after sales service.

b, want to buy strongly(Inquiry, website)

At the beginning ,must follow up one time each day, So that the customers could remember you.

c,potential customers(from developing Letter)

Keep in touch all the time, update products and quotation,pictures. Tell him some fresh news,so that he remembers you.

 

Special case analysis

1,ask for price,after we quoted,then no news

a,email is not proper, or too many words,too many pictures, so email prevented by customers email box.------pay attention to name,question,after reply inquiry,send an email and ask do he received your quotation email

b,this is the first time for our customer to know the product, he is still waiting reply from his customer---------search his demand deeply,use what you learn to guide customer,if talk to the point,he will reply you,so know customers website is important.

c,our email is to flat and mold type,thus make a feel reply or not doesnt matter.---------add details,at the end of email ,try to ask one to two questions which make him interesting.

 

2,After send PI, then no news from customers

a,customers ask PI for many suppliers,he compare price and choose the best one------during the period,attract him from our advantage.if still not reply, just following up in time

b,customers have something delayed like failed on order,delay result to cancel order----Just follow up in time

 

3,customers disappeared when you contact regular

a,this kind of customers are belong to importer, distributor, busy all the time, once him recognize you,purchase quantity is big. So need to follow up for long terms and patient,take different method to develop

b,price problem, bargain one time by one time

2,why customers cooperate with us----what can we bring to you:practicability,profits,good quality,new developing ability

3,why customers trust me------email is proper,rich content,good attitude,words with pictures

4,why customers reply me -----analysis him demand deelply, solve hime problem and stand at his point and let him feel you are helping .
